Application Deadline for Leadership Chemung Class of 2026 – 2027 is September 18th!
Aspiring leaders and local employers, now is the time to take the next step!
With a new Leadership Chemung class forming this fall, there is still time to be a part of the upcoming 2026 – 2027 class. For more than 40 years, Leadership Chemung has connected emerging leaders with the knowledge, relationships, and experiences needed to make a difference in our community.
The deadline for submitting your application and two letters of recommendation is Friday, September 18 . Class size is limited and tuition costs are as follows: $750 for Chamber members and $950 for nonmembers. The program runs from October 2026 through May 2027, and features interactive sessions led by local business community leaders; facilitated by Dusty Hewit, leading up to the commencement ceremony where the group completes their volunteer projects benefiting a local nonprofit.
New to this year’s class, participants can also earn both a Leadership Chemung Certificate and a SUNY Corning Workforce Education & Community Engagement Certificate for the completion of the program.
